Itchy red spots - any ideas ? - pictures early chicken pox spots

I have red bumps that appear in the worst during the afternoon and evening, all over my body and looks a little like small points. They are really itchy and I feel really sick. It chickenpox turning in the work, but I think that's what I have, because it does not look like the pictures online - ideas?
