My dog has a ruptured callous on her elbow needs to keep a dressing on. I have tried coban, aces.Any ideas? - coban bandage

My dog is an older dog and a broken elbow callus. I need to keep a bandage on it, because it is an open space with the flow. I tried to Coban, ACE bandages, wraps. Whatever I drop that continues. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thanks in advance!
